I went to see a lot of attorneys to make sure I could find the right one that could handle my case. Unfortunately, in many cases, it is challenging for the noncustodial parent to get additional time outside of every other weekend. Some attorneys said I had no chance of getting more time and I should not even try. The other parent was fighting hard to prevent me from getting additional time and trying to take my rights away. Christa was very passionate about doing whatever she could to get me more time while maintaining my final decision making rights. Christa was very responsive to any question that I had and walked me through everything to make sure I understood the next steps. She handled herself very well in the courtroom and did well countering statements that were raised.
